I stumbled on Starcraft 2 when a friend of mine mentioned to me that they had an alternative payment system for Southeast Asian gamers. If you were from our region, you wouldn't need to purchase the dvd installer of the game to play. You will just be asked to purchase prepaid cards. So, if you were looking for a Starcraft 2 CD Key to play online on battle.net, you don't need to anymore.

You can purchase prepaid cards in 3 denominations. A 50 peso game card will give you access for 3 days. A 100 peso game card for a week and a 350 peso game card will let you play for an entire month.
